This portal is for viewing your records and booking OPD appointments online. It does not replace consultation with your doctor. In a medical emergency, please visit the hospital directly or call emergency services.
Quick Guides
Register for an OPD Visit
- Go to New Registration from the Dashboard.
- Enter your mobile number to check if you already have a UHID.
- Fill in your details (name, age, gender, address).
- Select the Department and preferred Doctor.
- Confirm and submit β you'll receive an OP number instantly.
View Your Bills
- Open Bills from the Dashboard menu.
- Switch between the OPD and IPD tabs.
- Tap any bill card to see itemised services and payment status.
- Use the search box to find a bill by Bill No. or OP No.
Check Lab & Radiology Reports
- Open Reports from the Dashboard menu.
- Switch between Lab Reports and Radiology / Procedure tabs.
- Tap a report to view full parameter-wise results.
- Select up to 4 lab reports and tap Compare to see trends over time.
Switch Between Family Profiles
- Tap your name / avatar at the top of the Dashboard.
- Select the family member's profile you want to view.
- All bills, reports, and appointments will switch to that profile's UHID.
Login & OTP Issues
- Enter the mobile number registered with the hospital.
- An OTP is sent via SMS β it is valid for a few minutes only.
- Didn't receive it? Wait 30 seconds, then tap Resend OTP.
- Still stuck? Contact the helpdesk below.
Using AI Symptom Guidance
- Go to Describe Symptoms on the registration page.
- Type or speak your symptoms in your own words.
- You'll get a suggested department/doctor to consult.
- This is a guide only β final diagnosis is always by the doctor.
Frequently Asked Questions
UHID (Unique Hospital Identification Number) is a permanent ID assigned to you on your first visit. It is used across all departments and visits, so please keep it safe and quote it whenever contacting the hospital.
Check that you entered the mobile number registered with the hospital and that you have network signal. Wait at least 30 seconds before requesting a new OTP. If the issue continues, contact our helpdesk using the details below.
Bill details on the portal are for reference only. If you notice a discrepancy, please visit the billing counter at the hospital with your original receipt β our billing team will verify and assist you.
Reports usually appear on the portal once they are verified and released by the lab, which can take a few hours depending on the test. If it has been more than 24 hours since your sample was collected, please contact the lab reception.
Yes β if a family member's UHID is linked to your mobile number, you can switch between profiles using the profile switcher at the top of the Dashboard. To link a new family member, please visit the registration counter.
Online cancellation/rescheduling is not currently supported. Please call the hospital's OPD helpdesk to cancel or change your appointment.
Your records are only accessible after OTP-verified login to your registered mobile number. Please do not share your OTP with anyone, and log out when using a shared device.
No. The AI suggestion only helps you pick a relevant department or doctor faster β it is not a medical diagnosis. Please always consult the doctor for evaluation and treatment.
